2 teaspoons ground black pepper

2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

2 teaspoons dry brown mustard

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix the paprika, chili powder, brown sugar, white sugar, celery seed, black pepper, cayenne pepper, brown mustard, garlic powder, cumin, and salt together in a bowl.
