Recipe Summary Paleo Sunflower Banana Bread
My favorite on-the-go breakfast or afternoon snack. Packed with lots of fiber, protein, and lower in sugar than most treats. Perfect with a nice cup of coffee or tea. Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and peanut-free. This recipe can also be made into banana muffins.Ingredients | Paleo Italian Bread Crumbs½ cup coconut flour1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon baking powder1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or more to taste¼ teaspoon salt3 ripe bananas6 eggs¼ cup coconut sugar, and more for topping1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract⅓ cup sunflower seedsDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
